| Flight Paths |
| On Tuesday, February 07, 2006,
jeffatdset asked this question about DFW... |
| Sorry I'm not a pilot but I am considering moving to Dallas area and want to make sure that I do not wind up living to near DFW under a flight path. I grew up 10 miles from JFK and at times it was every 45 seconds overhead, close enough to read the tire manufacturer (almost). Any help would be appreciated. I will not have the luxury of being 50 miles from DFW.
Thanks in advance. |

On 3/24/2006 aNiedrauer answered: Your not going to have a problem. Any of these towns are fine: Garland, Rockwall, Tyler, Longview, even Dallas. In Fort Worth you might have a problem, but I can't say, as I don't live in Fort Worth. There aren't many residential areas right around the airport though, so no worries needed. |
