On Saturday, February 04, 2006 choperluke had this to say about K26... Carrollton Memorial Airport is a great airport. It is in my home town,Carrollton Missouri. I am currently helping the city of Carrollton find out how to make the airport better. The mayor of Carrollton, mayor Metz has stated that we are going to resurface the runway in spring of 2006. Hopefully we will be able to extend the runway. We will also be putting in a gas pump. This will hopefully be done in fall of 2006. We would also like you to come in spring of 2006 because there will be airplane rides. So come and join me and the great town of Carrollton to have fun and enjoy the greatness of flight.
